Yes. Moman protects its dealers by prohibiting malicious price undercutting between dealers operating in the same territory. Regional distribution rights, including potential territory exclusivity, are subject to partner evaluation and agreed territory terms.

MOQ is flexible for standard stocked products.
For OEM orders, MOQ ranges from 500 to 2000 units, subject to product types.
For ODM orders, MOQ ranges from 1000 to 3000 units, subject to product types.
Lead time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment after payment or deposit is received.
- Stock orders: 7-10 working days.
- OEM/ODM orders: 20-25 working days upon sample confirmation.
Shipping and transit time are separate and depend on the destination and shipping method.
Delivery transit time varies, depending on the shipping method agreed upon between both parties, balancing cost and transit time.
General estimated reference:
• International express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 working days
• Air freight: 7-12 working days
• Sea freight: 25-45 working days
Note: The actual time may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion and peak seasons.
Bank transfer is our preferred payment method. PayPal is available for trial orders.
Stock Orders: Full T/T payment prior to shipment.
OEM / ODM Orders: A 50% deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining balance to be paid before shipment.
Custom Projects: Additional project development fees may be required for ODM projects.
Note: The following return and warranty policy applies to end customers purchasing Moman products through authorized channels.
For dealer orders, please contact our sales team for wholesale warranty and after-sales terms.
End customers can return eligible products within 30 days of receipt. Certain products are covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Return shipping policies vary depending on the reason for return.
